Description
The City of Westbrook is soliciting proposals from qualified trenchless technology contractors for the 2027 sewer rehabilitation program. The work includes lining 405 linear feet of 6-inch sewer, 1,910 linear feet of 8-inch sewer, 530 linear feet of 10-inch sewer, 280 linear feet of 12-inch sewer, and 580 linear feet of 15-inch sewer, along with 215 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation on specified city streets. The contract will be awarded to a single prime contractor on a unit-price basis. Contractors must obtain at least one copy of the bidding documents using the name that will appear on the Bid Form. CCTV videos of most sewer lines will be available on a thumb drive upon request. Sealed bid packages must be delivered to the City Clerk by the stated deadline.
