Description
The City of South Portland is soliciting bids for one 2025 or newer Ford hybrid police interceptor or an equal vehicle for the South Portland Police Department. Proposals must be submitted on the City-provided proposal form, signed with the firm's name and bearing a handwritten signature from an officer or authorized individual with authority to bind the company. Bids may be submitted electronically or by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Vendors must register with the Purchasing Agent before submitting a proposal, and written questions are due before the bid deadline. Bids must remain open for acceptance for 90 days after opening.
