Description
The City of Westbrook is soliciting proposals from qualified site contractors for the redevelopment of Saccarappa Park at 885 Main Street. The work includes Brownfield cleanup and related non-Brownfield activities, primarily covering urban-fill contaminated soils, site work, hardscape construction, landscaping, electrical updates, and structure construction. Attendance at the required site walk on October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM is a condition of eligibility to bid. Proposals must be clearly marked "Saccarappa Park Bid," sealed, and submitted by the stated deadline.
