Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for comparable thyroid uptake equipment and services. The requested items include a thyroid uptake system with a 1-inch well and DICOM interface, a neck phantom, and a rod source holder, along with one year of support, installation, and training. The notice identifies Capintec/Mirion models as examples of the equipment sought, while allowing comparable and equal models. Respondents are asked to describe their equipment’s comparable functions and differences, support and warranty, installation and training, country of manufacture for each equipment line item, and delivery lead times. They must also provide company and contact details, business size, manufacturer and distributor information as applicable, socioeconomic status, and relevant Schedule contract details. This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought, not a solicitation or request for offers.
