Description
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, is requesting a quote for the exact items specified in the draft purchase order: a Mirion Technologies Basic S6LB Gamma Counter, listed accessories and components, software, and installation and support. Equivalent items and alternatives will not be accepted. The contractor must furnish the required labor, services, materials, and equipment, and provide descriptive material sufficient to establish that the quoted product meets the solicitation requirements. The award is to the responsive and responsible contractor offering the lowest total price while meeting the technical requirements. The quotation pricing sheet must be completed and signed. The draft purchase order anticipates delivery 90–120 days after award; it also specifies calibration certification with the instrument/system and an operating and maintenance manual with the shipment. The purchase order restricts distributors to franchised or licensed sources and prohibits unapproved brokers unless BSA grants prior approval.
