Description
Sante Quebec, through CHU Sainte-Justine, is soliciting proposals for the acquisition of high-performance polyvalent ultrasound systems for its radiology and medical imaging department. The requirement covers replacement of nine systems: five firm units and four additional optional units, structured as two plus two options that may be acquired through March 31, 2029. Software, licenses, probes, accessories, and all other components needed for complete operation must be included. The systems must support basic and advanced diagnostic examinations in the specialties identified in the technical specifications and meet the needs of a university hospital providing highly specialized care. The bidder must demonstrate compliance through the required documentation, offer the latest available technology, and ensure spare-parts availability for at least 10 years after the product leaves production. Before award, the lowest-priced compliant bidder must provide equipment at no cost for a mandatory conformity test lasting up to one month; successful completion is a prerequisite to award.
