Description
This is a sources-sought notice for market research, not a solicitation for bids or proposals. The Department of Veterans Affairs is identifying qualified providers for preventive maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, software updates, remote support, and diagnostics for a specified inventory of GE radiology, ultrasound, and other imaging equipment. The work supports equipment at the Evansville Health Care Center and Mount Vernon VA Clinic. Respondents must have OEM-trained field service engineers, including a qualified backup, with at least two years of relevant maintenance experience. The anticipated service requirements include scheduled preventive maintenance, repair response and uptime targets, replacement parts, safety-related software or hardware upgrades, and service reports. Interested sources are asked to provide company and business-status information, service-provider authorization evidence if applicable, relevant federal contract vehicle information, a capabilities statement, and comments on the requirements.
