Description
The City seeks one complete, veterinary-appropriate digital tomosynthesis X-ray system, including a tomosynthesis-capable generator and tube, digital detector, workstation and software, PACS-ready storage with DICOM compatibility, diagnostic monitor, and control PC. The system must be portable and support high-definition 3D reconstructed images and clinically interpretable tomographic slices. Manufacturer-issued documentation certifying compliance with the listed technical specifications is required. The fixed-price quote must include delivery, setup, functional testing, installation, initial training, and at least a one-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage must include parts, labor, service calls, preventive-maintenance guidance, and specified technical-support response times. Bidders must also provide specifications, installation plans, training provisions, and warranty documentation. Optional accessories and extended warranty or maintenance plans may be quoted separately.
