Description
Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario is seeking a one-time purchase of a cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and panoramic dental imaging system with digital cephalometric imaging capability. The system must support 2D and 3D imaging on a single platform, pediatric and adolescent imaging protocols, selectable fields of view including a minimum 12 x 9 cm CBCT field of view, low-dose exposure, image enhancement, metal artifact reduction, DICOM and PACS compatibility, and integration with the existing ADSTRA dental environment. The purchase must include all required hardware, software, licenses, installation, calibration, commissioning, radiation-safety verification, acceptance testing, image-quality validation, and on-site training. The equipment must fit within a 9 ft x 11 ft room, include a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty with parts and labor, provide remote technical support and Ontario-based on-site service, and offer replacement parts for at least seven years. Proponents must submit the four required appendices as standalone PDF attachments through the Bonfire portal.
