Description
Texas A&M University is seeking one vendor to fully furnish and manage a turnkey drone show for a home football game at Kyle Field on November 27, 2026. The scope includes drone operations, coordinated sound and lighting, creative design and storytelling, event planning, equipment specifications, safety protocols, logistics, regulatory coordination, rehearsal support, equipment removal, site cleanup, and incident reporting. Respondents must provide pricing and show-layout options for pregame, halftime, end-of-third-quarter, and postgame presentations, including optional pricing for programming the final score into the postgame show. Proposals must include the vendor's experience and assigned staff qualifications, prior drone-show examples, a detailed event plan, three comparable references from the past five years, pricing models, and the required executed forms and affidavits. The agreement is intended for a one-day performance on November 27, 2026.
