Description
Fort Bend County is soliciting one vendor to provide safety shoes and boots meeting OSHA and ASTM requirements. The vendor must complete employee measurements at various county locations, deliver footwear to county departments within 14 working days of an order, provide a showroom or mobile showroom and inventory facility within the Greater Houston metropolitan area, and offer an annual safety-footwear event at at least three county locations or at the vendor's showroom. The pricing form lists estimated annual quantities for specified footwear models, with approximately 300 county positions covered each fiscal year. Bidders may offer equivalent products but must identify the manufacturer and model number. The contract term runs through September 30, 2027, with four annual renewal options through September 30, 2031. Responses must include the completed bid document, contract sheet, pricing form, vendor form, W-9, tax form/debt/residence certification, proof of insurance, and Addendum No. 1 acknowledgment.
