Description
Craven County seeks a firm to provide comprehensive grant administration and construction management services for its 2025 Community Development Block Grant–Neighborhood Revitalization project. The selected firm will assist with project implementation and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including HUD CDBG regulations, 2 CFR Part 200, civil rights requirements, labor standards, and North Carolina Rural Economic Development Division program policies. The County has been awarded approximately $950,000 in grant funds, contingent on execution of the grant agreement and satisfaction of grant conditions.
