Description
Craven County seeks a qualified, North Carolina-licensed independent broker and consultant to advise on and administer its employee benefits program, including self-funded health, dental, and pharmacy plans, voluntary benefits, and Section 125 services. The work includes plan analysis and design, marketing and vendor selection, renewals and rate negotiations, compliance support, reporting, budgeting, and ongoing contract and claims monitoring.
