Description
Greenville Utilities Commission is soliciting bids for approximately 180 new distribution transformers across 11 line items, including conventional pole-mounted units, CSP units, single-phase and three-phase pad-mounted units, and capacities ranging from 10 kVA to 500 kVA. The specifications identify required voltage configurations, insulation ratings, temperature rise, enclosure and bushing designs, fusing, grounding, finishes, safety labeling, non-PCB certification, and applicable ANSI standards. Rebuilt or remanufactured transformers are not acceptable. Bidders must quote firm prices, identify the manufacturer and manufacturing location, provide delivery times, guaranteed average no-load and load losses, winding and core materials, and complete the attached proposal, cost, exception, and E-Verify forms. Each item may be awarded individually. Delivery is to be made FOB the Greenville Utilities Commission warehouse, and the ability to deliver within 20 weeks or less is essential. Certified test results are required before shipment acceptance, but are due after award and are not part of the bid submission package.
