Description
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting one qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities office at 1049 WH Smith Blvd., Greenville, North Carolina. The scope covers weekday evening cleaning for a 12,470-square-foot, one-story office with offices, conference rooms, common areas, bathrooms, computer rooms, carpeted areas, windows, glass partitions, and Venetian blinds. The vendor must provide labor, commercial-quality equipment, cleaning chemicals, paper products, hand soap, trash liners, air fresheners, and other consumable supplies. Services include trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning and disinfection, glass and blind cleaning, carpet shampooing, floor stripping and waxing, and replenishment of bathroom supplies. The initial term is one year with up to two additional one-year renewal options. A mandatory site visit is required, and bids must be submitted electronically through the State's electronic Vendor Portal.
