Description
Butler County seeks a complete design, equipment, and installation solution for new AXIS video surveillance systems at the North Shop, South Shop, Noxious Weed Department, and Maintenance Building, plus one exterior AXIS camera at the Historic Courthouse. The new systems include cameras, network video recorders, structured cabling, mounting hardware, and related components, sized for current needs and future expansion and providing at least 30 days of recording retention. The courthouse camera will use the County’s existing NVR. The contractor is responsible for site-specific design, equipment and materials, professional cabling and physical installation, testing, labeling, commissioning assistance, and closeout documentation. The scope includes elevated-access equipment and safety measures for the courthouse installation. The County will retain responsibility for network and administrative configuration. Proposers must be AXIS Solution Gold Partners in good standing and provide a written technical approach, site-specific equipment and storage details, schedule and lead-time information, qualifications, at least three similar-project references from the past five years, and itemized pricing. A mandatory site visit is required.
