Description
Interior Health Authority is seeking a provider to implement and deliver Adult Day Services for eight clients per day, twice per week, in Princeton, British Columbia. The program will serve medically complex or frail community-dwelling clients, including individuals requiring routine medical monitoring, living with chronic mental health conditions or cognitive impairment, experiencing functional decline or social isolation, or at risk of hospitalization or facility placement. Services should support clients' ability to remain safely and independently in the community while providing families and caregivers with support and respite. Participants must be able to attend regularly, participate in, and function appropriately within a group setting.
