Description
Riverside County seeks a vendor to provide physical and digital prepaid gift cards for eligible customers participating in workforce development and related programs. Cards may support transportation, work-related clothing and supplies, food, emergency needs, and other allowable employment-related expenses. Requested categories include transportation services, general merchandise and food retailers, fuel, restaurants, and supermarkets; comparable retailers may also be proposed. Cards must have no expiration date or fees that reduce their value, be securely delivered and activated for use upon delivery or within the vendor’s stated timeframe, and include order documentation identifying the retailer or service provider, quantity, denomination, and total value. Pricing must include all fees. The County anticipates spending approximately $100,000 per fiscal year, subject to funding availability, and expects a one-year initial term with four 12-month renewal options. Bidders must submit completed Exhibits A and B as applicable, proof of insurance, Secretary of State registration status, and a current business license if applicable; preference affidavits and supporting documentation are conditional on claiming the relevant preference.
