Description
This solicitation seeks bids from certified, licensed roofers who self-perform for the rehabilitation of a single home located in Delaware County. The project must adhere to the provided work write-up and be completed within 15 working days. Liquidated damages of $100.00 per day will be charged for any extensions beyond the contract end date. To be considered a responsive and responsible bidder, all bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up. Bidders seeking preference must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office, and proof of certification must accompany their submittals. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules, regulations, and TERO requirements.
