Description
This solicitation is for the manufacture and delivery of one F/A-18 Flight Control Surface Freeplay Inspection Set, Part Number 3867AS1645-1. This procurement supports the VFC-204 Sand-up effort at NOLA. Proposals must include all supporting data, calculations, assumptions, and basis of estimate (BOE) for cost elements. Certified cost and pricing data, in accordance with FAR 15.403-4, is required for contracts exceeding $2,000,000, along with a Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data. Subcontractors over $2,000,000 must also provide a cost and pricing analysis. Any known deficiencies must be reported to the Procuring Contract Officer. The item is export-controlled and requires a valid DD2345 for access to documents. The solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside competition. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must demonstrate exact part numbers, quantities, and a delivery date of ninety (90) days after contract award. A current NIST SP 800-171 assessment and CMMC Level 2 certification are required.
