Description
The State of Delaware, through Government Support Services, is soliciting bids for comprehensive fleet maintenance and repair services. This contract will cover approximately 3,000 vehicles, predominantly Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Toyota sedans, trucks, and vans, with an increasing number of pure electric vehicles. Services required include preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and general repairs. The contract aims to identify vendors capable of meeting the State's needs for periodic maintenance and repair. Vendors may bid on one or more service categories, including preventive maintenance and other repairs. The contract will be accessible to State Agencies, School Districts, Municipalities, Volunteer Fire Companies, and other entities as identified by Delaware Code. Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of continuous experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, possess adequate shop facilities, and employ qualified, ASE-certified technicians. All work must adhere to manufacturer requirements and warranties. The contract period is for two years with three one-year extension options. Submissions must be made through the online bid submission portal.
