Description
The County of Chester Water Resources Authority (CCWRA) is soliciting proposals for a landscape design consultant to provide services for their new County-wide Catch the Rain (CTR) program. This program offers homeowners rebates for projects aimed at protecting streams and improving water quality, such as rain gardens, conservation landscape plantings, canopy tree plantings, and impervious paving removal/pervious paving retrofits. This initiative represents a pilot expansion of the existing CTR program within the White Clay Creek watershed and is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
