Description
The State of Delaware, through its Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive parking facility management, operational, maintenance coordination, customer service, security oversight, and administrative services for State-owned parking facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and administrative support to ensure the safe, efficient, and professional operation of these facilities in accordance with all applicable laws and industry standards. Services include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safe vehicle and pedestrian movement, operating access control systems, providing routine security monitoring and incident response, delivering customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating facility maintenance. The contract will be for an initial three-year term with two one-year optional extensions. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire Interactive portal.
