Description
The Town of Hermon is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed real estate realtors to assist in the disposal of tax-acquired properties. The selected realtor will be responsible for performing market analyses, developing and executing sales strategies including advertising and signage, negotiating sales, coordinating appraisals, and managing transaction closings. The realtor will also provide consultation to Town staff and the Town Council as needed. Regular reports will be provided to the Town Manager.
