The City of Lake Elmo is seeking an experienced real estate broker to market and sell city-owned parcels located near Ideal Ave N & 34th St. The selected broker or firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive professional brokerage services, with a focus on marketing both commercial and industrial land, as the majority of the parcels are designated for Business Park development.
