Description
Pierce Transit is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Commercial Real Estate Broker Services on an on-call, as needed basis. Services will be authorized by issuance of individual Task Orders that define the scope and schedule of work. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on July 10, 2026, and must be submitted electronically.
