Description
Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) is seeking proposals from qualified real estate brokers to assist with the disposition of five ground-floor commercial condominium units located within the 1010 W. Jefferson Street Commercial Space and Public Parking Facility in Boise, Idaho. These units range in size from approximately 1,200 to 2,500 square feet and will be delivered in a cold, dark shell condition. The selected broker will be responsible for a comprehensive scope of services including market and pricing analysis, developing a marketing strategy, identifying and engaging qualified buyers, managing offers and negotiations, and coordinating the transaction process through closing. The broker will also be expected to support any public process requirements, such as attending meetings and assisting with presentations to the Agency Board. Respondents must hold an active real estate broker license in Idaho and demonstrate experience with commercial condominium property transactions in the Boise market, particularly downtown. Experience marketing commercial condominiums under development and familiarity with CCDC or public sector real estate transactions are also required. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM local time on June 24, 2026.
