Description
This opportunity involves comprehensive restoration and repair services for five buildings at the College of Staten Island (Buildings 1A, 2A, 1C, 1L, and 6S). The scope of work includes skylight restoration and replacement, cupola roof and lantern restoration, masonry wall repairs, roof cover replacement, and associated asbestos abatement. Specific tasks include replacing masonry components, windowsills, lintels, flashing, and roofing systems, as well as repairing mortar and expansion joints at glass block lanterns. Asbestos abatement will be performed in Buildings 1A, 2A, 1C, and 1L. The estimated cost range for this project is $4,500,000 - $5,000,000. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) will be required for the successful bidder and all subcontractors.
