The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting an open public procurement for technical janitorial services at two buildings: 1, rue Notre-Dame Est and 100, rue Notre-Dame Est in Montreal. The contract is required for 60 months, with a probable service start date on or about February 3, 2027. A 3% bid security is required. Attendance at one of two mandatory site visits is an eligibility condition. Proposals may be submitted electronically through SEAO or in paper form at the Société's submission reception counter. The solicitation requires bidders to maintain a permanent, clearly identified establishment in Quebec or another territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement.
