Description
The Vermont Air National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for one Metal Pless PlowMaxx Liveedge PLLD 1042-18 LE attachment, or equal. The attachment must include a 10-foot directional moldboard, two articulating 4-foot wings, contour-following movable blades providing full pavement contact, curb runners, a mechanical trip edge and shoes, a compatible quick coupler, a 12-volt electric valve and joystick, and a carbide cutting edge with 18 replacement small carbide snow blades. No specific color is required. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 333120. The government will use a best-value tradeoff considering technical capability and delivery, past performance, and price; delivery is desired within 60 days after award or receipt of order. A single purchase order is anticipated, subject to the availability of funds.
