Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Southern Arizona VA Medical Center (SAVAHCS) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential qualified sources for the replacement of their existing Club Car electric utility vehicles. The current vehicles have reached their end of life and are experiencing frequent mechanical issues, impacting facility operations. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The VA is seeking information on capabilities and size classification relative to NAICS code 336110 (size standard of 1,000 Employees). The required deliverables include: - Six (6) fully equipped Club Car Carryall 700 Electric vehicles - One (1) CLUB CAR Villager 8-passenger Electric DC vehicle - One (1) CLUB CAR Villager 6-passenger HP Electric vehicle The solicitation will specify brand name requirements for Club Car vehicles. Responses should include company information, capabilities statements, feedback on requirements, business size status, and details on whether the proposed items are commercial off-the-shelf (COTS). Information on lead times, estimated lifespan, support services, FDA clearance, leasing options, and existing federal contracts is also requested.
