Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires comprehensive collision repair services for a 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck that has sustained significant front-end collision damage. The repairs must restore the vehicle to full operational condition, meeting OEM-level structural integrity, mechanical safety, and cosmetic standards, adhering to Ford OEM repair procedures and NHTSA guidance. The scope of work includes the repair or replacement of the front bumper, grille, radiator support structure, cooling system components, lighting, hood, fenders, and associated hardware. Structural repairs, including frame measurements and pull operations, are also required. The contractor will perform mechanical diagnostics, including scans and battery replacement, and complete a four-wheel alignment. All repairs must be finished with appropriate paint and refinishing to meet OEM standards. The contractor must use only OEM parts and provide standard collision repair labor warranties, along with any supplemental warranties. The period of performance for the repairs is 10 business days from the date the vehicle is dropped off and parts availability is confirmed. The contractor's facility must be located within a 200-mile radius of the BLM's Tucson Field Office.
