Description
The City of Tucson is soliciting bids for the HSIP Three Signalized Intersections project, which involves traffic signal upgrades at three intersections within the city. The project includes installing new traffic signal poles, curb ramps, and narrowing roadway medians at the Broadway Boulevard/Jessica Avenue and Drexel Road/Tucson Boulevard intersections. At the Irvington/Mission intersection, the work is non-ground disturbing and will involve installing new signal heads on existing mast arms. This project is funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and any resulting contract will include FHWA-required terms and conditions. The project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, with a 0% DBE goal. The Pima Association of Governments (PAG) Standard Specifications and Details for Public Improvements, along with City of Tucson and ADOT standards, will apply.
