Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky Department of Military Affairs is soliciting a contractor to re-cover the existing two-ply modified bitumen asphalt roof at the Leitchfield Readiness Center. The work includes removing wrinkles, installing a new gypsum roof cover board and new two-ply modified bitumen asphalt roof system, and providing prefinished metal coping caps, scuppers, downspouts, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations. The estimated project cost is $198,363.00. The estimated project duration is 90 days to substantial completion plus 30 days to final completion. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system. The Official Bid Document and Bid Bond, if required, must be combined into one PDF and uploaded with the bid. A site visit is scheduled for September 9, 2026, at the project facility.
