Description
Mendocino Unified School District is soliciting proposals for the relocation of the Mendocino High School main distribution frame. The work includes relocating existing fiber drops approximately 100 feet, removing and reinstalling network racks, reinstalling network equipment, and completing associated infrastructure upgrades. The district also identifies recabling from Cat 5 to Cat 6 at Mendocino Community High School rooms, Mendocino High School, and the Mendocino K-8 campus, along with four racks and 11 uninterruptible power supplies as specified in the RFP. Proposals must address all requested infrastructure work, identify E-Rate-eligible costs, labor, shipping if applicable, and sales tax, and confirm the proposer’s SPIN number, ability to provide SIP discounting, and FCC Form 473 certification status for Funding Year 2027–2028. A minimum of three references is required, and prior vendor performance and references are part of the evaluation. The contract is for E-Rate Funding Year 2027–2028 and is contingent on full E-Rate funding approval.
