Description
Imperial Irrigation District is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services at 12 facilities in Imperial, California. The scope includes labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and related resources for maintaining common areas, offices, kitchens, lounges, restrooms, locker rooms, exterior access areas, glass, windows, and multiple flooring types. Required services include dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, buffing, stripping and waxing VCT flooring, glass cleaning, restroom and kitchen cleaning, waste removal, and replenishment of district-provided consumables. Services are scheduled primarily Monday through Friday after 4:00 p.m., with non-daily tasks performed on scheduled Fridays off or approved weekends. The proposed contract term is approximately 60 months, with services beginning April 1, 2027, and ending March 31, 2032. Respondents must submit a methodology, project schedule, qualifications and experience information, references, licenses, required certifications, completed response forms, and a separately sealed cost proposal.
