Description
The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center requires 80 transferable season ski passes, off-site lodging, conference/classroom space, downhill and cross-country ski-area access, and transportation support when applicable. Proposed facilities must be within 100 road miles of the training center near Bridgeport, California. Ski passes must be valid from November 15, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with corresponding option-year requirements, no conflicting blackout dates, and transferability among authorized personnel. Lodging and facilities must support multiple scheduled training blocks, including up to 72 personnel per night, and proposed lodging, classroom, and ski-area addresses must be provided with the quotation. The quotation must include a completed SF 1449 and pricing for all base and option-period CLINs, a cover sheet, a technical capability volume addressing lodging, ski-area access, season passes, transportation, and performance capability, and a past-performance volume with up to three recent and relevant references. Electronic quotation attachments must be submitted in PDF format by email, with the solicitation number in the subject line.
