Description
Imperial Irrigation District is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services at 12 facilities in and around El Centro, California. The scope includes labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources needed to maintain offices, common areas, kitchens and lounges, restrooms and locker rooms, exterior access areas, windows, glass, and multiple flooring types. Services include recurring dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, floor buffing, stripping and waxing, restroom sanitation, waste removal, glass cleaning, consumable replenishment, and quality-control activities. Work is generally scheduled Monday through Friday, with specified evening or daytime hours at certain buildings. The proposed contract term is approximately 60 months, with services scheduled from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2032. Respondents must submit a methodology, project schedule, qualifications and experience, at least three references, completed response forms, a completed cyber-risk questionnaire, and a separately sealed cost proposal.
