Description
The USDA Forest Service is procuring two new 2026–2027 snowmobiles for winter recreation, over-snow trail maintenance, grooming operations, and facility operations at the Plumas National Forest. Each vehicle must meet detailed specifications, including a 650–850 cc liquid-cooled two-stroke engine, at least 130 horsepower, electronic fuel injection, automatic CVT transmission, specified payload and fuel capacities, suspension travel, track dimensions, ground clearance, reverse, and a windshield with wind deflector. Quoters must provide pricing for both line items, exact year/make/model product literature addressing all specifications, a completed solicitation document, a detailed component/accessory quote, warranty and delivery information, evidence of manufacturer or authorized-distributor traceability, and applicable certificates of conformance and Buy American certification. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, with delivery documentation including an owner's manual, warranty registration, and certificate of origin.
