Description
The City seeks contractors to remove nuisance, dead, dangerous, or problem trees; grind stumps; clean up debris; and restore sites with approved topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and straw. Work may involve public or private property and includes emergency response assignments with specified response windows. Contractors must provide the labor, equipment, materials, traffic maintenance, and disposal needed to complete the work. The City may assign work across five tree districts and occasionally at reservoir properties, and may award work to multiple suppliers. Pricing is requested for tree removals by trunk-size group, individual stump grinding, emergency response, and time-and-materials work. The initial agreement period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with up to two additional annual extensions by mutual agreement. Required bid submissions include the EEO form, supplier submission page, and completed pricing bid table. A completed IRS Form W-9 is also required. Insurance certificates are required from the successful bidder, not with the bid.
