Description
The City seeks professional engineering services for in-place, in-kind replacement of approximately 10,761 feet of water mains identified on its 2028 priority list. Work includes reviewing existing utility records and mapping, coordinating with utility companies, surveying project areas and right-of-way features, and preparing water main reconstruction plans using the City's drawing standards. The consultant is expected to provide three plan submittals for City review and revision; the City will provide water main details and serve as Engineer of Record.
