Texas A&M University-Kingsville seeks a qualified vendor to design, manufacture, and deliver a fully outfitted, road-ready 20-foot mobile concession trailer for campus events. The scope also includes training staff on the trailer's operation. The trailer must comply with applicable federal, state, local, and university requirements for food service, transportation, safety, and accessibility. It will be operated by the university's dining partner, currently identified as Aramark.
