The Corpus Christi Army Depot requires authentic, factory-new Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers, high-density I/O modules, pre-wired 1746-to-5069 conversion assemblies, Stratix managed Ethernet switches, PanelView Plus 7 HMI terminals, adapter bezels, and industrial 24VDC power supplies. The requirement includes three CompactLogix controllers, associated digital and analog I/O, three conversion assemblies, three managed switches, three HMI terminals, mounting kits, and three power supplies. The contractor must provide field discovery and a master I/O chart; migrate legacy RSLogix 500 and PanelView applications to Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View ME; install and commission the systems; service 29 MicroLogix 1400 units; perform OT cybersecurity hardening under NIST SP 800-82 and UFC 4-010-06; conduct 100% loop checks and live site acceptance testing; provide a cybersecurity hardening report, searchable PDF and editable Excel I/O documentation, and 16 cumulative hours of on-site technical instruction. Installation and testing are subject to defined outage, business-hour, lockout/tagout, rollback, and zero-sheet-metal-cutout constraints. Only Allen-Bradley equipment is acceptable due to compatibility with the existing control architecture.
