The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is soliciting services for bi-monthly and periodic grease trap waste removal, preventive grease trap maintenance, as-needed standing water and wastewater removal, sludge removal from maintenance-managed manholes and collection systems, and related repair services at the Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, transportation, materials, disposal, service manifests, inspections, reporting, and coordination with facility personnel. Services include emergency water-removal response, including 24/7 availability and specified response times, as well as repairs using new commercial-grade parts and materials with at least a 12-month warranty or the applicable manufacturer warranty, whichever is greater. The bidder must have at least five years of relevant experience, provide at least three verifiable references for similar work performed within the last three years, and be active and registered with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Sludge Transporter Program. The contract includes an initial one-year term with no renewals and a possible extension of up to one year. Responses must include the required affirmations, pricing sheet, bidder reference and qualifications form, and any applicable addenda acknowledgment and Texas identification documentation.
