Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation Airports Division is soliciting roadway marking materials on an open-end, as-needed basis for twelve months. Required products include white, yellow, black, red, and green waterborne traffic or curb marking paint, plus reflective glass beads. The proposal schedule identifies specified International Coatings Line-Pro products and requires bidders to complete all unit prices and amounts; estimated quantities are for bid comparison only, with payment based on actual quantities ordered. The vendor must maintain an established place of business on Oahu with reasonable inventory of paint products, address warranty claims and returns, and deliver materials within two weeks of each order unless otherwise agreed by the project manager.
