Description
The Oregon State Police is soliciting bids for a five-year agreement to provide comprehensive, full-coverage preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for all HVAC-related equipment and systems at their Central Point Area Command facility. The services must adhere to manufacturer recommendations, industry best practices (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA, ACCA standards), and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations. The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing a full preventive maintenance program and providing routine, corrective, and emergency repair services. Personnel must possess valid Oregon mechanical/HVAC licenses and EPA Section 608 certification. Specific requirements are in place for the Medical Examiner Facility, Forensic Laboratory, and Dispatch/Communications Center due to their sensitive operational needs. The contract has a maximum not-to-exceed compensation of $250,000.
