Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is soliciting bids for highway and bridge construction projects. The primary project detailed is located in Medford, Oregon, specifically on NB Highland Dr to Barnett Rd Section of the Pacific Highway (Rt. No. I-5), with an estimated cost ranging from $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. This project includes a wide array of tasks such as temporary signage, traffic control, pavement markings, temporary barriers, construction entrances, erosion control, surveying, sawcutting, excavation, stabilization, pipe installation, concrete structures, bridge demolition and repair, overlay removal, shoring, pile driving, reinforcement, concrete work, surface treatments, joint sealing, railing installation, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, curb construction, surface finishes, and irrigation systems. The estimated completion date for this project is September 23, 2027. Bidders must be prequalified by ODOT at least ten calendar days before the bid closing date. All projects include a steel escalation clause, minimum wage rate requirements, and a requirement for the contractor to perform at least 30 percent of the awarded contract amount with their own organization.
