Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office (KBAO), is seeking potential sources capable of supplying Goulds OEM pump components for the rebuild of four tile drain pumps located on the Area K lease lands. These pumps are essential for groundwater removal during spring operations to allow timely agricultural use of the leased properties. The government will conduct all installation and rebuild work; the contractor is solely responsible for supplying parts. Only Goulds manufactured OEM components are acceptable; no substitutes, aftermarket parts, or remanufactured items may be provided. Required parts include Goulds 10" and 12" RJHC/1-Stage bowl assemblies, 10" and 12" cone strainers, 11/2" x 5' oil tubes, 11/2" x 1" line shaft bearings, and 11/2" x 1" top head shaft bearings. All parts shall be packaged to prevent damage during shipment and handling, and any part damaged prior to government inspection and acceptance shall be replaced at the contractor's expense. Delivery is expected within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO) to the Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office, 6600 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97603.
