Description
Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon, is establishing a pool of qualified firms to provide professional facility maintenance and trades services on an as-needed basis. This solicitation covers a wide range of CSI MasterFormat divisions, including general requirements, existing conditions, concrete, masonry, metals, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and communications. Services may include installation, repair, testing, maintenance, replacement, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance for building equipment, fixtures, and campus systems. The pool will be utilized for both planned and unplanned maintenance, including emergency response, small projects, renovations, and repairs. Contractors must possess relevant licenses, certifications, and a minimum of three years of commercial experience. The college reserves the right to update the pool annually for a rolling three-year period, with services expected to be utilized through August 2029.
