Description
This solicitation is for the purchase of 15 ultra-rugged, wireless 1D/2D barcode scanners with stands. The scanners must be compatible with the CensiTrac software currently installed at the Roseburg VA Medical Center. The CensiTrac software is a cloud-based system used for tracking surgical instruments and assets throughout their lifecycle. The required scanners should be wireless/corded, waterproof, and rugged, featuring PRZM Intelligent Imaging technology, dual AP65/IP68 sealing, dustproof and fully submersible capabilities, and a built-in lamp. The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer or be the manufacturer itself, and must provide descriptive literature for evaluation. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements.
